Terms & Conditions
1. Cash vouchers can be used on the same day after you get involved in this intimate relationship with us (A purchase of ‘SUGAR DADDY’ poster)

​2. Cash vouchers are applicable to 3 branches under No Milkshake No Life(NMNL) Group - NMNL, NMNL-MQ, Sir Berwick

3. All the cash vouchers have no expiry date.

4. The lump-sum spending amount is based on the prices excluding 10% service charge. 10% service charge will apply based on original price.

5. Cash vouchers are valid for dine-in and takeaway orders only (third party services such as Deliveroo and Openrice are excluded). It should be presented upon check out and will be collected after usage. No refund once the check out is completed, and no split/combined bill is allowed.

6. Cash voucher values will be deducted from the total transaction amount.

7. Cash voucher is not exchangeable, or refundable for cash.

8. Vouchers in any terms of photocopies will not be accepted.

9. Cash vouchers will become invalid if they are altered or damaged.

10. Cash vouchers cannot be used in redeeming sale items, gift vouchers, venue rental, private party booking and other services.

11. Cash vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other NMNL’s group discounts or promotions.

12. Cash vouchers cannot be reissued for damages, lost or stolen. 

13. For voucher queries relating to the menus, restaurants or bookings please call the restaurant directly.

14. This product and the Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event you may not sell the product and the Vouchers through the internet or other channels without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of the product and the Vouchers by you to a third party.

15. NMNL group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

16. In the event of any dispute, NMNL Group reserves the right of final decisions.

17. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
